Volume 2, Chapter 7: "Nameless Statues of Lavias"
Short Summary[]
As a party duo, Weed and Dain go about exploring and hunting in the dungeons all around the City of Heaven. Dain refuses to reveal information on her past teammates that left her behind since she promised them secrecy, and during a lobster meal together, Weed achieves Intermediate Cooking, which increases his stats and magic resistances, as well as gaining a Cooking sub-skill in Alcohol Brewing.
Wanting to be Dain's friend, Weed asks if she wants to hunt together from now on, but Dain rejects it due to being ill in real life, and had been too weak-willed to go through with the surgery that will make her better. However, she adds that her time spent with Weed has finally given her the courage to go through with it. She logs off Royal Road to go through with the surgery, leaving Weed on his own again. Despite Weed using the next 3 months hunting in Lavias while waiting for her return, Dain never logs back on.
Feeling like no one will remember Dain, Weed decides to sculpt some rocks of the two of them eating together where she logged off. After etching some drawings on the walls of his experiences with Dain, Weed returns to the Cave of Dead Warriors, and sculpts a statue of his first meeting with Dain where she was sleeping in the dungeon. Gaining some stats, all these statues sculpted by Weed results in it all becoming known as the Nameless Sculptures of Lavias.

- Having promised to keep information on them a secret, Dain refuses to reveal to Weed her past team other than the fact that they're all over level 200.
- Weed and Dain go about exploring many dungeons of the City of Heaven together. These dungeons include Mirkan Tower, the Secret Area of Pan Lake, Baravall Coal Mine, Segmail Vista, Gaet Altar, Parrot Nest, Barlog Ruins, and the Sealed Cave of Margres the Destroyer.
- Weed achieves the Intermediate stage of Cooking by preparing lobster meals for himself and Dain. All his stats increase by 5, gains 10 Fame, learns the Alcohol Brewing sub-skill, gets 30 points in Earth affinity, +20% Earth magic resistance, and +10% Fire and Water magic resistance.
- Weed offers Dain to be his friend, but is rejected due to Dain being ill in real-life, and requires surgery to get better; meaning that she will be gone from Royal Road for awhile.
- Dain logs off Royal Road to finally go through with the surgery, leaving Weed on his own again.
- Weed and Dain had hunted together for a month before she logged out.
- Weed hunts for three months in the City of Heaven waiting for Dain to return (3 weeks in real life), but she doesn't log back on since she's still recovering from the surgery.
- Leaving behind his City of Heaven memories with Dain, Weed sculpts his second Fine Piece sculpture at 300 Artistic Value known as the Nameless Sculptures of Lavias. Looking at the statue provides a temporary buff where Health and Mana is increased by 25%, speed is increased 10%, and attacks from monsters have a 5% damage pealty.
- For making the Nameless Sculptures of Lavias, Weed's Sculpture Mastery skill reaches level 2, and gains 20 Fame, 20 Art stats, 20 Perserverance stats, and 10 Vitality stats.
